Both cross country teams prepared to race in their longest meet to date. The women will complete in a 6k (3.73 miles), while the men will race an 8k (4.97 miles). Per the Elms College website, "Both courses are a combination of asphalt and soft surface trails, that demand a mix of speed and strength." The women will run a slightly extended track to complete the 6k, the men will run a shorter course, but must complete two laps in order to finish their 8k.
