Jeremy Glenn Named Head Tennis Coach

Newbury College Director of Athletics, Peter Centola is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Glenn as Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach at Newbury College.  Glenn comes to Newbury with a strong coaching background, most recently as an Assistant Tennis Professional for the Charles River Country Club in Newton, MA.  At the Country Club, Glenn coaches high school athletes against other teams in the region and develops and implements tennis programs for both children and adults. Glenn was also the Assistant Boys Tennis Coach at Natick High School this past season, and was the Assistant Tennis Professional at Wellesley Country Club from 2006-2008. Prior to his country club work, Glenn worked for Tenacity Tennis, where he tutored and taught tennis to inner city children from West Roxbury and surrounding areas.  Glenn was responsible over 60 students ages 4-16 each day and also maintained records and payment details for the West Roxbury site.

A native of Natick, MA, Glenn earned a BS from Emerson College in Boston, MA where he was a four year member and starter for the Men's Tennis team.  Currently, Glenn is working in Newton and residing in Natick, MA.
