Daley Garners NECC Accolades

Senior middle blocker Max Daley (Cranston, R.I./Cranston Easton) garnered New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Player of the Week accolades after registering a .463 hitting percentage and 58 kills over the course of five game last week. The Nighthawks went 2-3 on week including a fourth place finish in a field of nine teams at the Baruch Invitational. Against a tough sixth ranked Philadelphia Biblical University team, Daley tallied 16 kills while hitting an amazing .714 in the 3-1 loss. On the week, he averaged 3.0 kills per set and 0.89 blocks per set (17 total) over the course of 19 sets.
