Jaime Terenzi enters her third season at Newbury as the head men's and women's vollyeball coach.  In 2009-2010, she led her women's team to a second place finish in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) while the men's team was able to capture the NECC title for the first time in Newbury College men's volleyball history. 

Terenzi comes to Newbury from La Salle Academy in Providence, Rhode Island where she served as both the head varsity boys and girls volleyball coach since 2004. Terenzi finished at La Salle on a high note in her 2007-2008 season, as both the boys and girls teams won Division Championships, State Championships and combined for only 1 loss.  Terenzi was named 2007 Rhode Island Volleyball Coach's Association Division I Coach of the Year and Providence Journal Volleyball Coach of the Year.  Terenzi's coaching history also includes positions as Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach at Seekonk High School, Assistant Volleyball Coach at Lincoln High School, and Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach at Wheaton College.

A native of Lincoln, RI, Terenzi attended Springfield College in Springfield, MA where she earned a B.S. in Elementary Education in 1998 and was also a three year member of the women's volleyball team.
